Figure Friday Challenge – #Fall  

Initially I wanted to have Saber burst forth from the pumpkin with fog, mist, pumpkin guts flying but I didn't want to clean up afterwards. >.<;

Ended up with this alternative. The longest part was carving the pumpkin with a scraper and dremel tool.

Figure Friday Open Challenge –   #SceneRecreation    

I've wanted to work on Double/Multiple Exposure techniques to get some interesting takes with Saber Lily. That didn't pan out well. So I fell back to a fork of that technique but it require a lot more work in Photoshop and a different  #Saber   figure. 

So seeing this pose reminded me of the ending where Saber fades away into the morning sun. So I wanted to try to recreate that scene. My Photoshop skills are still noobish….bare with me on this one. ><

FigureFridayChallenge – Display 2

This weeks has been very difficult since I'm not allotted too much time. This week my good friend is getting wed and I need to prep my once in a lifetime bestman's speech. 

While most of my figures are either crying sealed in their shipping boxes in storage or tucked away in my Detolfs (http://goo.gl/cYQRZk). 

Two things stand out. I normally have #電脳フィギュア   #CyberMaidARis   and #Saber  business card insignia case I keep on my desk. 

ARis is an AR (Augmented Realty) virtual figure I can interact when I need a distraction via webcam and her physical cube. Fun interactive figure. You can see her in action ( 電脳フィギュア　ＡＲｉｓ（アリス）　ＰＶ ) Plus keeping her out in the open isn't too bad. Dusting a cube is easier. ^_^;  

The other I keep on my desk is my Fate/Stay Night Saber insignia business card case which I do use.

Figure Friday! Open Challenge – "Shadow Play" 4

As my last studio shot was utilizing one light source. I was working on  #ShadowPlay  or #Shadows  for this week's #figurefridaychallenge  

Used one of the early Nendoroids #Saber  for these two shots. Ultimately it was multiple shots, metering, and photoshop to get to this end results. I can elaborate more if anyone is interested.
