It pretty much looks like the standard North Indian fare, also not as spicy as the Southern one. The Northerners do better breads and chapati though.

There are also some more specialized Himalayan foods that are more unique just to the area, like momo dumplings.
What's the difference between himalayan momo and chinese momos?
I think it's mainly just a difference in filling and the sauces used to dip. They're all pretty related just with slight differences :P.
