This event is magical girl theme from the spin off with Illya as the heroine. This flows very episodic with eye catches in between.
While most magical girls series are rather light hearted this leans a bit closer to Madoka territory.
So far I've taken out 4 magical girls… oTZ
This mimicks close to Prisma Illya 3rei in terms of gloomy mood though. Good thing that sleazy Ruby (Blackeard in Magical Schtick form) helps to light up the mood.
