OMD E-M5 camera and lens firmware update 1
Finally updated the firmware in my E-M5 and on the lens too. A bit strange for me updating software on a camera lens but that's how it is since there is a chip controlled motor inside the lens.
Science today – hydrophobic metal
Pretty snazzy where there's no need for Teflon coating. This is laser etched metal which has nano holes where the water droplets are prevented from adhere to the surface.

Scientists at the University of Rochester have created a metal that is so extremely hydrophobic that the water bounces on it as if it were repelled by a magic force field. Instead of using chemical coatings they used lasers to etch a nanostructure on the metal itself. It will not wear off, like current less effective methods.
Death Billiards / Death Parade 16
Death billiards from Anime Mirai 2013 left an impression on me. I was glad they made it into a series.
After 3 episodes in. I'm not sure where the direction is going. I get that it's more about the life circumstances of the "victims" playing games. But after the initial death billiards, I was expecting a deeper and faster development for the arbitrators as they experience guests constantly…. None the less I cling to the hope that continually watch further episodes will draw the deeper stories.
