    +Vincent H​​ not an expert. But what I've noticed is that the Korean version is usually bigger portioned and the sauce used is different.

    The Korean ones usually are hammered flat. The sauce used in this one is close to a sweet tomato (pork n beans is the closest I can think of).

    But the Japanese is usually untouched by a mallet and the sauce used is fruit based with a worcestershire.
